GRACESPARK SEMINAR

Tending Our Joy

A Journal for the Days After

The seminar ends, but the practice continues. Grace rarely arrives on schedule — it slips in at the edges of an ordinary day. These prompts are an invitation to keep noticing. Return to them in the morning over your first warm drink, or in the evening as the light goes soft. There are no wrong answers here; there is only the gentle work of paying attention.

1. Where did grace find me today? Name the moment, however small.

2. What was I doing — or letting go of — when it arrived?

3. Which doorway did it come through: a stillness, a wonder in nature, a human connection, or a surrender?

4. How did my body feel in that moment? What softened, settled, or opened?

5. What might I tend tomorrow — what soil can I prepare — to stay open to grace?

Carry the question gently. The noticing is itself the practice.
