A Wellness & Self-Care Guided Journal
for Finding Joy, Peace & Wide Open Spaces in Your Life
There is a place inside of you that has been waiting to breathe.
For so long, you may have lived in tight spaces — not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, relationally. Spaces where you shrunk yourself to fit. Spaces where there was never quite enough room for all of who you are.
But God has always had something wider in mind for you.
The Walk to Rehoboth is a twelve-chapter guided journal for the woman who wants to dig a little deeper — to find joy, peace, and healing open spaces in her life. Written by a licensed clinician and grounded in faith, it takes you on a sacred journey of rest, revelation, and the love you deserve.
Through journal prompts, spiritual reflections, sensory rituals, and practical tools, this book will help you tend the ground of your own soul and trust that the harvest is coming.

FROM CHAPTER 1: THE WIDE OPEN
There is a place inside of you that has been waiting to breathe. For so long, you may have lived in tight spaces — not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, relationally. Spaces where you shrunk yourself to fit. Spaces where there was never quite enough room for all of who you are. You made yourself smaller to keep the peace. You held your tongue to keep your place. You dimmed your light so others wouldn’t have to squint.
But God has always had something wider in mind for you.
In Genesis, when Isaac dug the well he called Rehoboth, he declared, “Now the Lord has given us room, and we will flourish in the land.” It wasn’t the first well he dug. The others were fought over, contested, and claimed by people who didn’t want him to thrive. But he kept digging. He kept believing that somewhere, there was a well that no one could take from him — a space so divinely appointed that no argument could touch it.
“This is where you stop fighting for space and start receiving it. This is where you explore what it means to take up room in your own life — unapologetically, gracefully, and fully.”
Not because you earned it, but because God carved it out for you before you even knew you needed it. So take a deep breath. Spread your arms wide. Look around.
There is room for you here.
